Description

You do not need restaurant experience to apply. We will show you how the line works, how a Little Bigs pie is built, and what a clean station looks like. If you are ready to learn, show up on time, and take the work seriously, we want to hear from you. This is a real first job, with a team that will train you. A great first job to learn workplace structure, balance responsibilities, while earning to save for college!

Responsibilities

• • Arrive on time and ready for your shift.
• • Learn the Little Bigs way to prep, build, and finish a pie.
• • Follow the recipe and the portion you are shown.
• • Keep your station clean while you work and before you leave.
• • Help teammates during the rush and ask when you are unsure.
• • Greet guests kindly when you are on the counter.
• • Tell a manager if something is low, broken, or not right.

Requirements

• • Being available to work two shifts per week.
• • Available on the weekends.
• • Be coachable. Listen, take the correction, and do it the way you were shown.
• • Able and willing to talk on the phone to take orders.
